This Isn’t How I Pictured It
Have a kid and hope to add a dog?
Have a dog and hope to add a kid?
Have both and hope to add some sanity?
Scrolling social media it seems like everyone has a latte in one hand and a paintbrush in the other while they watch their brilliant children frolic with well-behaved dogs in fields of clover.
Back in real life, trying to keep everyone safe and make life fun can seem like too much for any regular family to achieve.
I have heard you wondering how our training will all come together. I've heard you asking how families balance their human needs with their dog needs day in and day out. I realized that the best way to answer your questions was to have you hear from parents who have been there.
So I'm hosting a conversation with mothers, clients, and animal lovers, Noorhee Kim and Jennie Lewis.
We know that you want to enjoy your whole family and that you can’t do everything for everybody.
We’re here to tell you that those social media posts are the exception, not the rule, and that everyday people can find their joy while maintaining safe boundaries.
We’ll talk about:
The biggest joys and fears of living with kids and dogs
How tried and tested management strategies can be the difference between smooth sailing and stormy seas
How dog trainers can help you maintain sanity and safety
Any questions you might have for a trainer, a mom, a dog lover, a working person, a tired person trying to keep everyone happy and healthy!
I would love to see you and anyone else you think could use this information there.
Reserve your comfy chair here! Tickets are $25.
